In order to accomodate the wide range of products
manufactured by Danville, the plant has both a conveyor-equipped
paint booth and a roll-in, roll-out paint booth.
Surface
preparation for painting is accomplished by chemical
cleaning and grit blasting.
The Danville plant
has an aluminum flame spray facility for application
of corrosion-resistant coatings. Metal heat treating
is available on-site.
